Robin Green

Robin Green is the Owner and President of Sandler Training in Richmond, VA. He works with business owners and motivated individuals to create and implement strategies and tactics designed to foster the growth of individuals, teams, and organizations.

Robin has successfully led sales organizations to record growth and has experience in multiple industries. He has either conducted or coached an estimated 20,000 sales calls and has been recognized as a top-producer throughout his career.

Carolyn Briner

Carolyn Briner has been associated with Sandler for over 10 years helping salespeople and customer service professionals master the behaviors, attitude, and techniques to maximize their potential. She supports our clients by reinforcing their learning with Sandler Online, Sandler’s learning management system.

Carolyn began her professional life as a banker at KeyBank working in both retail banking and commercial lending.

She is a graduate of Denison University and the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Susan Segat

Susan supports Sandler RVA's clients by providing sales, leadership, and management resources through the website, customized Sandler content, email marketing, video and social media platforms.

Susan began her professional life in medical sales and has coached and trained the Sandler techniques for over 5 years and has worked in sales and customer care in both the corporate and non-profit arenas.
